My Process
1. Submit Your Event Form
This is where everything starts.
Before we talk, plan, or lock in a date, you’ll fill out the Event Inquiry Form. It gives the full picture (your event date, style, budget range, venue, and the vision you’re aiming for)
Once you submit it, It will be reviewed and followed up by an email.
2. Review Follow-Up
After read through your form, an email will be sent with:
• Confirmation of availability
• A quick breakdown of your needs
• Any extra questions needed before we proceed
• The next steps for booking
3. Consultation Details
If we’re a good fit, we’ll set up a quick call or email consultation.
This is where we finalize:
• Your theme + design preferences
• Timeline
• Any special requests
• Setup + delivery details and many more
4. Booking Confirmation
Once the details are locked in, you will be sent your:
• Quote
• Contract
• Deposit instructions
After payment, your date is officially secured.
